Anne Wolf is a fellow at All Souls College, University of Oxford, and an associate editor at the Journal of North African Studies. She has published numerous articles on North African affairs, particularly on Tunisia, and is the author of Ben Ali’s Tunisia: Power and Contention in an Authoritarian Regime (Oxford University Press, 2023) and Political Islam in Tunisia: The History of Ennahda (Oxford University Press, 2017), which won the CHOICE Outstanding Academic Title. Her current research focuses on the Ben Ali regime and authoritarian resilience in Tunisia after the 2010–11 uprisings.
